Doug is based in London, England. He has made a major contribution to Customs and international trade, both in the UK and internationally. He is a former Director of Compliance and Facilitation at the World Customs Organisation (WCO) and was Director of Customs and International at HM Revenue and Customs. Doug was Head of the UK Customs IT Transformation Programme and played a leading part in the establishment of the UK Border Agency.
Doug is currently a Senior Associate with Croke Consulting having responsibility for Customs consulting.
