Phonsey heads the consultancy. He is a well recognised expert in Customs, Excise and international trade matters. He has impacted significantly on Customs policy, legislation, operations and relationships both in Ireland and at international level. He has a wealth of Customs and Excise experience, having operated at Director level in Irish Customs for over 20 years. He has a particular expertise in the delivery of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) certification. During 2020 and onwards into 2021 he has had a particular focus on helping clients meet the many supply chain challenges associated with Brexit.
